Subprocessors

List version: 2026-09-30. This page is the current list of TAPP subprocessors referenced in Exhibit C, Section C-7(c) of the Master Platform Services Agreement.

A subprocessor is a third party engaged by TAPP that processes, stores, or otherwise accesses Customer Data or User Account Data in connection with the Platform Services. Vendors whose services do not involve access to Customer Data or User Account Data (billing, accounting, customer-relationship, and marketing tools operating only on TAPP’s own business records) are not subprocessors and are not listed here.

This list names the subprocessors TAPP uses or may engage. Not every listed subprocessor is in use for every customer or at all times. Listing a vendor in advance means it is approved under a customer’s agreement as of that customer’s Order Effective Date, rather than through the post-signing change-notice process.

Customer Data is stored and processed in data-center regions located in the United States. TAPP does not transfer Customer Data outside the United States.
